Partnership for Modern Puerto Rico (PMPR) is a non-for-profit organization focused on the economic development and the improvement of life quality in Puerto Rico.  Founded by former Puerto Rico Secretary of Economic Development, Alberto Bacó-Bagué, PMPR is a certified PR tax exemption organization pursuant to the Section 1101.01 (a) (2) B and a 501-C-3 NFP comprised of a carefully curated group of individuals from Puerto Rico’s private sector — Puerto Rican-owned business CEOs, new residents, diaspora, and key multi-national companies with presence in Puerto Rico.

PMPR is committed to creating a dialogue amongst our members to facilitate initiatives dedicated to strengthening Puerto Rico’s long-term economic growth and stability through a socially conscious lens.  Its networking elements and activities provide a unique vantage point that serves in adding value and making distinctive contributions for a better Puerto Rico, all the while striving to make them enjoyable and fun for you.  Beyond that, we are an organization committed to reacting to new trends in the economy and enabling the necessary environment for them to convert into investments for Puerto Rico.  We foster the private sector taking over of economic development in a non-partisan approach.
